We want you to feel incredible in every Maison Vandoorne piece. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy.
1. Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging attached
- Free from marks, makeup, perfume, or damage
2. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like an exchange or refund. We’ll reply with full instructions and return address details.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and approved.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order details. We’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings or jewellery
- Intimates or bodysuits (if applicable)
- Made-to-order or bespoke pieces
7. Late or Missing Refunds
